I help midlife women who feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from their bodies find their way back to steady energy, calmer digestion, and a sense of feeling like themselves again.
I know what it’s like to put yourself last. To run on empty while still showing up for everyone else. To feel tired no matter how much you rest, and to wonder why your body doesn’t feel like it used to.
That experience led me to functional holistic nutrition—not as a quick fix, but as a way to understand what’s actually going on in the body when something feels off.
Because what you’re experiencing isn’t random—it’s physiology. Your body is responding to patterns: stress load, blood sugar regulation, digestion, sleep, and nervous system overload. And it often speaks first through subtle signs like fatigue, brain fog, bloating, irritability, and changes in weight or energy.
Most women try to push through those signals. I help you start listening to them instead.

After our Free call, once you are ready to move forward, I’ll send you a welcome email with the next steps. From here we will schedule your first consultation and begin building your wellness plan.
