Step 1: Discovery Call

A complimentary 15–20 minute call

This is a chance for us to connect, talk through what you’re experiencing, and explore whether we’re a good fit to work together.

There’s no pressure—just a supportive conversation to help you feel clear on your next steps.

Step 2: Initial Consultation

A comprehensive deep dive into your health

If we decide to move forward, we’ll begin with a 1:1 consultation where we take a closer look at your health history, current concerns, and patterns.

This session is designed to:

  • Identify potential root causes and imbalances

  • Explore digestion, energy, and lifestyle factors

  • Begin creating a personalized, realistic plan

You’ll leave with clarity, direction, and actionable next steps.

If You Feel Overlooked or Dismissed

This space is especially for you if you’ve been feeling unheard, dismissed, or told that your symptoms are “just part of getting older.”

  • Here, you are not rushed, overlooked, or reduced to a checklist of symptoms.

Continued guidance tailored to your needs

After your initial consultation, I’ll recommend the level of support that best aligns with your goals and where you are in your journey.

This may include:

  • 4-week Foundational Support: Here we focus on the foundations. This is an important first step.

  • Diet profile: support digestion, nutrient status, food swaps, hydration, stress management, blood sugar and energy imbalances, sleep and exercise.

  • Without the foundations the overall structure will not be sustainable.

  • 12-week Deep Dive Intensive: For deeper, more comprehensive support

A continuation from the Foundational -

  • Functional assessments: gut profile and food sensitivities.

  • Identifying trends and patterns and supporting balance and repair from the inside out.

  • Meal suggestions that fit your needs. No diet overhaul.

  • Coaching, accountability and check-ins

  • Support your body in a way that feels realistic and empowering
